The Reward Scheme is financed by the Hong Kong Copyright Licensing Association, and fully administered by the Hong Kong Customs.
The scheme is to encourage members of the public to provide information to Customs to combat organisations involving in activities of making infringing copies of copyright work in newspapers or magazines for distribution without authorisation of the copyright owner for the purpose of trade/business to an extent leading to a financial loss to the copyright owner.
Members of the public can provide information through the Customs 24-hour hotline 2545 6182. All information of the informants will be kept strictly confidential.
